Our products are UOKO scarves, hand-illustrated and double-printed on high-quality silk or twill.

5. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed via our website, Instagram page, or at the MAD store in Sava Center, Belgrade.
Payment options include cash or card.
Order confirmation will be sent to the email provided during purchase.

6. Delivery

Delivery within Serbia is free.
For international shipping, separate terms apply. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and depend on the destination country and courier pricing. You will be informed of the exact amount before shipment.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. In that case, you must notify us at office@uoko-illustrations.com and return the product unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

 

10. Returns and Complaints

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package via email, providing a photo of the damage or issue.
We will resolve complaints promptly — through product replacement, refund, or order correction depending on the situation.
