Long ago, an amulet was born through the quiet movements of hands, in the silence between two breaths.
Without a single word, a woman wove together symbols older than memory itself. They were never mere ornaments, but guardians standing at the threshold of the unseen – silent yet powerful protectors of those who carried them.
Into every thread she entrusted what must never be lost: the warmth of the hearth, a peace that endures despite the weight of everyday life, and the closeness that remains even when paths diverge.
A Contemporary Interpretation of Belief
„Threads of Belief ” does not begin with the amulet as an object, but with the ritual of its creation.
At its center, two figures approaching from opposite directions weave a shared symbol of protection. One belongs to the day, the other to the night. Between their hands, a space is formed where the visible and the invisible meet.
The Sun and the Moon belong to the same force, breathing in the same rhythm. Geometric motifs, carried through generations, rediscover their voice here. Their message is one of protection.
Hidden within the composition, the silhouette of a wolf quietly emerges – a guardian of thresholds. Untamed wisdom. An instinct that knows the way even when the eye cannot see it. The breath of the wild and a heart that remembers.
In Slavic tradition, the wolf symbolizes protection, resilience, and inner strength. Its name was once given to children as a protective talisman, with the belief that they would inherit its courage and endurance. Throughout folklore, the wolf walks as the guardian of ancient meanings, embodying the strength of the wild, the wisdom of survival, and the freedom of the spirit. For centuries, its symbol has carried a message of protection, courage, and unwavering endurance.
Earth-inspired tones create the space from which these symbols emerge – and to which they naturally return. It is where they have always belonged.

All illustrations on UOKO scarves are hand-drawn and then double-sided printed on the finest silk with hand – rolled edges.
Each symbol is thoughtfully designed, and the metaphorical illustrations tell stories within us and around us, drawn from the experiences of everyday life.
For women’s scarves, we use the highest – quality Mulberry silk, 16 or 18 momme, renowned for its softness and luxurious sheen.
This scarf is crafted from silk satin, known for its dense satin weave with a higher thread count. It is highly glossy, smooth, and reflective, while the reverse side is matte. To the touch, it is luxuriously soft. It drapes gracefully over the body, creating a fluid and glamorous effect. The advantage of satin silk is its luxurious feel, elegant appearance, softer and more sensual texture, and the possibility to wear either the shiny or matte side.
All our scarves come with a silk printing certification, ensuring the print is skin-safe and compliant with ISO standards.
The colour palette of this scarf has been thoughtfully developed according to the principles of seasonal colour analysis for women whose colour profile belongs to the Autumn and Spring seasons. Warm earthy hues, olive green, shades of sand, caramel, and chocolate create a harmonious composition inspired by nature, heritage, and inner strength.
Why Autumn?
The Autumn palette is defined by rich, warm, and natural shades such as olive green, earthy browns, and deep soil-inspired tones that dominate this design. These colours are particularly flattering for women with warm undertones, green, hazel, or warm brown eyes, and a naturally harmonious contrast between skin, hair, and eyes.
The energy of Autumn reflects stability, wisdom, and a deep connection to one’s roots. Its colours evoke serenity and timeless elegance while enhancing natural beauty without relying on bold contrasts.
Why Spring?
The Spring palette introduces warmth and light through delicate shades of sand, warm beige, and golden tones, giving the scarf a sense of freshness and effortless elegance. These colours are especially suited to women with warm undertones and a softer contrast between their complexion, hair, and eyes.
The energy of Spring embodies optimism, renewal, and vitality. These lighter accents preserve the richness of the Autumn palette while adding an airy quality that makes the scarf effortlessly wearable throughout the year.
For this reason, Threads of Belief moves gracefully between Autumn and Spring, combining the depth of earthy tones with the warmth of luminous natural shades. The result is an elegant colour palette that conveys a sense of security, belonging, and inner peace.
